Falkn Solutions Awarded $140,000 Navy STTR Phase I Contract to Advance Automated Data Synchronization for AEGIS Combat Systems

AUSTIN, Texas - September 10, 2025 Falkn Solutions, adigital transformation consultancy, announced today it has been awarded a$140,000 Phase I Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) contract by the U.S.Navy. The award will support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) ProgramExecutive Office, Integrated Warfare Systems 1.0  (PEO IWS 1.0), in researching advanced methods for synchronizing critical defect and problem report data across multiple databases within the AEGIS Combat Systems.

The company’s proposed solution, Kestrl, is designed to automate and streamline data synchronization in real time, eliminating redundant entries and providing decision-makers with a single, accurate source of information. Built on event-driven architecture and customizable data transformation pipelines, Kestrl will improve the speed, accuracy, and reliability of mission-critical information, enabling faster and more informed decisions across operational environments.

As part of the STTR program, Falkn Solutions has partnered with Research Institute, Catalyst Campus for Technology & Innovation (CCTI). CCTI will support capabilities research during Phase I, contributing subject matter expertise and customer discovery insights to ensure the solution meets operational needs.
